Launched a new merchant fintech platform digitizing KES 1B+ annually and enabling thousands of MSMEs to accept seamless digital payments. Expanded M-PESA acceptance to drive 50% merchant growth & 2.3x volume.

Founded an innovation studio taking startups & enterprises from concept to MVP. Built & launched TuzoPay, a wallet & loyalty payments platform: 1,000+ transactions, 10 clients, 500+ users in pilot.
